Damond, the owner of Custom Mechanical, has over 30 years of experience in the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning field. HVAC runs in the family — in the early years of his career, Damond was mentored by his father, who had spent his entire career in the HVAC / Sheet Metal industry as well. After learning the in's and out's of the business, he established Custom Mechanical in 1996.
